QUÉ ES PROGRESA · WHAT IS PROGRESA
PROGRESA parte de una idea sencilla pero transformadora: los sistemas educativos que suelen ser catalogados como de “bajo rendimiento” en las evaluaciones internacionales no deben entenderse como casos de fracaso, sino como fuentes privilegiadas de conocimiento sobre el aprendizaje, la participación estudiantil y las oportunidades educativas.
PROGRESA starts from a simple yet transformative idea: education systems often labeled “low-performing” in international assessments should not be understood as cases of failure, but as privileged sources of knowledge about learning, student engagement and educational opportunity.
